Setup and attend (if desired) vendor meetings
Act as a liaison between the bride and groom and the vendors
Negotiate group room blocks for you and guests
Assure the ceremony & reception area is setup accordingly
Arrive early and oversee all vendor deliveries
Extensive wedding day emergency kit
Cue all services for the grand entrance, dances and toasts
Distribute all payments to vendors
Assure all personal items are returned to the designated person
Assist you and your family with any matters that may arise
Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations 
Orchestrate wedding rehearsal and organization of wedding party 
Decorate the Honeymoon Suite on your wedding night if venue is within a 50 mile radius
Additional Consultation can be added and will be billed at $25.00 per hour
$175.00 for 1 additional wedding assistant for guest counts 150 plus with max 10 hours**
